Using data driven models, 50 Hands intends to provide crowd sourced solutions @ scale that shall make a long-lasting difference to Canadians as well as global citizens in need.
Our motivation
Sir Banting discovered Insulin and gave the patent free to the world so that its available for everyone. Yet today, communities struggle to get medical supplies for their citizens. 50 Hands organization is established to galvanize the Volunteer & Maker community to support the government and other institutions to address community challenges.

Available information doesn’t help ordinary people and create a panic situation in most cases. 50 Hands intends to use open datasets for HOPE and HELP. Data gathered from multiple sources will be presented to provide actionable insights specifically addressing individual and community needs to overcome the situation.

There are 1.8 billion people between 10 to 24yrs old and 30% of that population aspire to makers.
